We are seeking a trade-qualified Painter to join a high-performing internal facilities team at a major Government Health precinct in Caboolture.

This is a 12-month contract with a clear pathway to permanency, offering the rare combination of government-sector security and a fixed, long-term worksite. It is an ideal role for a professional tradesperson looking to transition into a stable, institutional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external painting maintenance across a diverse healthcare site.

• Manage high-quality surface preparation, patching, and finishing.

• Liaise with Facility Managers to coordinate works with minimal disruption to clinical services.

• Adhere to strict government cleanliness and safety standards.

What You’ll Need

• Cert III in Painting and Decorating.

• White Card and a strong eye for detail.

• Experience in commercial or institutional maintenance is highly regarded.

• Ability to pass a National Police Check for site access.
